Call for Posters to be presented at the 2023 SCAS Conference, ‘Are Pets really Good For Us? The role of pets in mental and physical health on Sunday 17 September 2023 (Online).

Abstracts are now being accepted for posters related to the subject of the role of pets in mental and physical health. Please submit abstracts to info@scas.org.uk by 30 June 2023 and type ‘SCAS2023 Poster’ in the email subject line. All abstracts must be submitted in English, the official language of the conference.

If accepted, you will be required to produce a poster and a short video clip (approximately 3 minutes, MP4 file) of you presenting your poster by 1 August 2023.

The abstract, excluding the title, author’s names and affiliations, must not exceed 3,000 characters, including spaces. Font should be Calibri size 11, line spacing should be 1.5.  If there are multiple authors, the presenting author’s name should be in bold. Each author may submit a maximum of two abstracts.

This year there are two prizes: one for the best overall poster and one for the best student poster, so please indicate on your entry if you are presenting as a student.
